Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/2 Gallon Whole Milk
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Basmati Rice
- 1 Pinch Cardamom (For Taste)
- ½ Ounces Golden Raisins
- 1 Pinch Rosewater
Directions
In a large pot add the milk, cook on medium heat. Heat until the milk begins to boil. Decrease the heat to low and add the washed rice in the milk. Keep cooking until the milk begins to boil. Put the sugar, cardamom, raisins and rosewater and continue to cook until the mixture just begins thicken. Stir for a while and transfer to the bowl and uncovered for half an hour. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy your rice pudding!
